The Berlin Lions Club is a non profit organization that serves Berlin Borough and Berlin Township with community and sight related services. Our sight services include providing glasses, eye exams and assistance with the treatment of eye disease to those who are unable to afford them in our community. Our community services range from providing food baskets to building playgrounds.
Our motto "We Serve" illustrates our commitment to community service.

Collect used eyeglasses at Berlin Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Shop Rite and Berlin Community school for refurbishment and redistribution throughout the world

Provide funding for training of seeing eye and dogs for the hearing impaired

Fund raising for corneal transplants

Support Juvenile Diabetics, Hero Scholarship, New Jersey Blind Athletics, Camp Marsella for Blind Children, Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic, Bestwork Industries for the Blind
Community
- Medical Equipment - Free loan outs of walkers, wheelchairs and other equipment
- Provide funding to assist in the training of dogs for use in assisted living environments
- Collect stamps to assist vets in veterans hospitals
- Christmas candy canes for all Berlin Borough and Berlin Township grammar schools
- Provide donations to local food banks
- Help with Special Olympics at the local Boy Scout Camp
- Sponsor High School Scholarship Awards
- Provide donations to local food banks and turkeys at Thanksgiving time
- Winter coats for the needy
